As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring patient and family education from admission to discharge. Your role will involve critical thinking and decision-making to address the needs of patients in a fast-paced environment.
