Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (11:00–23:30)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
  • Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Emergency Room experience
  • Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
  • Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required – no pending certifications accepted
  • One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the Emergency Room specialty required; reference must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
  • No open background case or license hits; all background findings are subject to facility review

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • 18 months of Emergency Room experience within a single facility location
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
  • Familiarity with pre-start and annual compliance module requirements in a travel or contract setting
