Job Details:
**Required Experience:** - 3 years of nursing experience (will screen for lesser years) - Travel experience required **Certifications & Licensure:** - Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS - Required - TNCC - Preferred **Skills:** - Experience in a Level I and II Trauma Center required - Experience with Cerner charting system required - Skills in managing various patient conditions such as Abdominal pain, Acute psychosis, Ventilated patients, emergency medications, and trauma care (list of various emergency and trauma-related skills) **Preferred Experience:** - Cerner experience is preferred/referenced - Charge experience preferred **Additional Requirements:** - Candidates must be comfortable floating without restrictions - Must work 2 facility-recognized holidays **Submission Requirements:** - Submit candidates up to 3 openings, including top 3 job choices - Openness to other Northern Arizona Healthcare facilities and shifts - RTO must be disclosed and approved during submission - Medical Assistants must have national certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - Candidates must complete lab work within 72 hours of contract signing, and compliance documents by the Wednesday prior to start **References:** - Two professional references required prior to start: one from the most recent employer within 1 year and another within 2 years of the start date. **Floating and Travel:** - Travel pairs accepted on all units except ER, and must be clearly identified at submission.
