Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs while providing quality nursing care in a dynamic ER setting.
• Implement and manage care plans for trauma and emergency situations efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Cerner EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, including SIMs Lab requirements for sterile procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and maintain required certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• 6 months of trauma level 1 experience is required.
• Ability to float between multiple facilities and adjust to midshift transitions.
• Must pass Day 1 pass/fail exam and demonstrate proficiency in sterile field maintenance.
