Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills suited to a fast-paced ER environment and will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. This position follows a night shift schedule with a weekend and holiday rotation.

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state laws.
Document care according to standards of care.
Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care.
Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care, providing patient and family instruction.
Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
Provide clinical expertise and guidance for patient care.
Use critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate issues appropriately.
Contribute to professional nursing activities and peer review processes.
Qualifications
Required:
Active IL RN Licensure
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
Either TNCC or TNS certification
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
