Description

American Traveler is hiring an ER RN for an evening shift assignment requiring 1 year of ER experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

• Emergency Department setting
• Evening shift schedule (3x12 hours, 15:00-03:30)
• 6-month assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license, Ohio or compact, in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (NIHSS preferred)
• 1 year of combined permanent ER experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ER specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• No open background check cases accepted
• No hits on professional license accepted

Additional Information

• Will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• Expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• RTO must be discussed during the interview process
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
