Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The RN possesses a strong foundation in nursing principles, theories, and current practices, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs in collaboration with patients, their family members, and the health care team.
• Implement care plans based on nursing assessments and physician directives.
• Direct and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to nursing practice standards, administrative, and departmental policies.
• Collaborate effectively with professional peers and other health care professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain nursing competencies and enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (Required).
• Basic Life Support certification (Required).
• Multi State Compact RN License (Required).

Position is available in City, State, with opportunities across multiple locations in the region.
