Requirements:

• ONE OF THE BELOW IS REQUIRED: 1 Holiday with 2 on call OR additional shifts per 6 weeks OR 2 Holidays with no on call/additional shifts.
• MUST be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day!
• Years of experience REQUIRED: 2 Years
• Certifications REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS
• On-Call Requirements: Yes
• Open to accommodating block schedule? No
• Locals accepted: No; Must be 75 miles away from facility
• Pending License accepted: Yes; Must obtain prior to starting
• All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
• Attendance policy: If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation, the contract will be reviewed for cancellation.
