RN – Travel Contract
- Experience: 2 Years
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Call: None
- Float: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
- RTO: Maximum 7 days
- Locals: Accepted at same rate
- Clinical Screening: May be required
- Compliance: Full compliance required before start
- Holidays: Major holiday requirements apply based on the number of holidays during the assignment
- Orientation: Bi-weekly; incomplete compliance may delay start by 2 weeks
Responsibilities: - Provide safe, high-quality patient care within scope of practice.
- Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
- Float to other units within scope of practice as needed.
