Job Details:
**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required in Emergency Department (ED). - First-time travelers are acceptable. - Previous Charge experience is preferred. - Experience in Level II Trauma Center is preferred. - Patient Ratio Experience: 4-5. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. - Preferred: CPI, PALS, TNCC. - Active license must be in hand at submission. **Technical Skills:** - EPIC experience is required. - Skills in Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patients, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage. **Other Requirements:** - Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed). - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with allowances for medical/religious exemptions. - Flu Vaccine: Required with allowances for medical/religious exemptions. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge RN and Level II Trauma experience are preferred, but not mandatory. **Compliance and Education:** - Background check with no open cases permitted. - Third-party education verification required; degrees from the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted. - No local candidates within a 50-mile radius; current driver's license required to verify address. **Scheduling:** - Flexible with scheduling; zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. - Scheduling type: self-scheduling. - 3x12 hour shifts, Nights (7p-7:30a). - 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks.
