Job Details:
- Minimum of 2 Years ER experience required. - First-timers accepted. - Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC. CPI and MAB preferred. - Skills Required: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Central line care/management. MEDICATIONS: Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors. Respiratory: CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients. Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Triage. - Skills Preferred: Work Settings: STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Arterial line management. Respiratory: Interpretation of ABGs. - Missouri or Compact License required. - EPIC Charting System experience preferred. - Patient care for age groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics. - The facility is a Primary Stroke & STEMI Center. - Compliance requires both Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at time of submission. - No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
