Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Auto Offer position)
Location: Kansas City, KS
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of ER experience
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- TNCC preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong adult and pediatric ER experience
- Experience with emergency medications, IV starts, and 12-lead EKGs
- Trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neuro, behavioral health, and general emergency experience
Additional Details:
- 8-bed ED with average daily census of 60
- Patient ratio: 1:8
- Patient population: Infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Weekend coverage required; varies based on staffing
- No call required
- Must float to other community hospital ER units and may float between departments/facilities
- Local candidates not accepted; must live at least 75 miles from the facility
- Maximum 7 days of RTO
- COVID vaccine not required
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted
