• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; every other weekend required
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Orientation: 12 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,850 - $1,950
• Floating: May be required to float to nearby sister facilities
• Charting System: Epic experience preferred

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Active compact or state RN license in hand at submission
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with adult and pediatric emergency care preferred
• Comfort working in a high-volume ED with a variety of acuity levels
• Strong experience with critical care and emergency procedures preferred
• Open to floating between nearby facilities as needed
• Ability to work every other weekend and participate in holiday coverage as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to Emergency Department patients across all age groups
• Perform emergency assessments, triage, and rapid interventions in a fast-paced environment
• Support patients experiencing respiratory distress, trauma, cardiac events, neurological emergencies, and other acute conditions
• Administer medications, blood products, and other treatments per protocol and provider orders
• Assist with procedures such as sedation monitoring, airway support, chest tube setup/care, and advanced respiratory interventions
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition with sound clinical judgment and strong teamwork
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and exceptional care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards, safety practices, and infection prevention measures
