Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring Cerner experience and prior travel assignment history.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend required, including at least 2 Sundays and 2 Mondays
• No block scheduling available

Requirements

• Active MO RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS through American Heart Association
• TNCC certification required, with CPI required starting January 2026
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• 1 year of recent Cerner EMR experience required, no exceptions
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must pass an EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher, including lethal rhythm recognition
• CEU requirements must be met

• Provide emergency department nursing care across a variety of patient acuities
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
