Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Des Moines, Iowa.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 31, 2026.

Job Details:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 15 months of emergency medicine experience - Experience with drips including sedation and vasoactive medications - Experience reading tele strips - Proficiency with antiarrhythmics, heparin, insulin, and pain control - EPIC EMR experience - Recent Level I trauma experience - Current or recent travel experience - Work history/resume/employment history must have 36 months of current Emergency Department, Emergency Room experience - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission **Required Certifications:** - ACTIVE TNCC / trauma nursing core competency course - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - basic life support - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS - advanced cardiac life support - AHA/American Heart Association PALS - pediatric advanced life support **Preferred Qualifications:** - NIHSS certificate (can be obtained during onboarding) **Required Documentation:** - Skills Checklist specific to the discipline listed on the job (ED, ER, Emergency Department, Emergency Room) - Driver's License **Preferred Documentation:** - Professional Reference/Reference Check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months of today's date
