GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.
Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Portland, OR. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are ready to make a difference in the Emergency Department. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, caring for patients in critical need.
This position will float between units based on the needs of the facility, so flexibility is key. While on-call is not required, weekends will be expected every other weekend. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1, ensuring that you can provide the best care possible.
**Special Requirements:** ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required. Experience with EPIC HARSTOP is also necessary. We welcome first-time travelers with over 3 years of experience, while non-first timers should have at least 2 years of experience. Please note that a vehicle is required for this assignment.
Travelers may be asked to float to other units and facilities to meet patient care needs. Facilities include Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. If you float to Seaside, you will receive an additional $5/hr incentive for hours worked there, along with IRS mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, hotel accommodations will be provided.
