Job Details:
**Required Experience:** - At least 6 months of Trauma Level 1 experience. - 2 years ER experience. **Required Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) **Preferred Certifications:** - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) **Skills and Qualifications:** - Competency in maintaining sterile fields. - Must be able to read tele strips on Phillips monitors. **Additional Requirements:** - Day 1 pass/fail exam and SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes competency. - Ability to float between specified facilities and complete floor specific orientation. - Must meet specific grooming standards (e.g., natural hair color, no facial piercings, men must clean shave). **Additional Job Context:** - Willingness for hospital-based tasks such as lifts, restraints, & wound care that are educationally oriented.
