Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
every other weekend
Level 3 Trauma
Trauma Level 3, Telestroke/Teleneurology, onsite Mental Health Assessment & Referral part of the time/Telemental Health, Sexual Assault Nurses to do SANE exams and Domestic Violence Exams, 18% pediatric patients, high volume mental health and ETOH, Teleinterpreters, Social Worker part of the time, Financial Counselor part of the time, pharmacist in ED part of the time.Special Procedures/Unit Details: Moderate sedation, Nitrous Oxide, Level 1 MI's, Trauma Codes, Medical Alerts- cardiac arrest, overdose, respiratory distress, Code Stroke, Code Sepsis, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Exams by trained nursesSpecial Equipment: Nicom for noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring, Ranger Rapid Infuser/Fluid Warmer, Venue 40 to assist with IV starts, Bladder Scanner, Life Pak Defib, Lucas, Dash 5000 cardiac monitors, AirpalSkills Required: Telemetry, Nitrous Oxide UseCertifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, PALS or ENPCCertifications Preferred: NIHMinimum 2 years experience requiredAccepts first time traveler
