Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Room RN or acute care nursing experience required
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification through AHA
• NIHSS certification
• PALS certification
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ER environment
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changing conditions in the emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support timely, effective care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Support a safe, organized, and compassionate environment for patients and families
• Adapt to evening shifts and scheduled weekends while maintaining strong clinical performance
