Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Oregon City, OR 97045

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Oregon City, Oregon

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts available in both Day (06:00 - 18:30) and Night (18:00 - 06:30) rotations. Weekend coverage required no more than every other weekend. Expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. 13-week assignment (91 days) with 24 hours of orientation.

• Certified stroke center treating typical ED cases across all age ranges including neonates
• Epic charting system with interpretation services and interdisciplinary support
• Daily census of approximately 80 patients with comprehensive emergency care services
• Opportunity to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, central line care, continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, ABG interpretation, ventilated patient care, isolation precautions/PPE, and triage
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
• Must have reliable vehicle transportation for this assignment
• Willingness to float to other units based on skill sets and facility needs, including potential floating to nearby sister facilities
