**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position**: Travel RN ER - **Shift**: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Duration**: 13 Weeks - **Location**: Dover, NH **Why You’ll Love This Role:** - Be part of an energetic team in a bustling emergency environment with **11 beds** and a dedicated staff of **16 professionals**! - Work collaboratively with **2 RN Night Shift** members, ensuring patient care is always at the forefront. - Experience diverse patient ratios and cases in a full-service Emergency Department setting. **Qualifications:** - **Experience**: Minimum of **2 years** in a hospital setting. - **Licenses**: Must have an **active compact license** upon submission. - **Certifications Required**: - BLS - ACLS - TNCC - PALS - **Skillset**: - Prior **2 years ED experience** required. - Preferred experience in a **FSED environment**. - Additional certifications like **CEN, CPEN, TCRN** are a plus. **Unit Insights:** - **Patient Care**: Diverse cases in a full-service emergency department. - **Staffing Structure**: - Day Shift: 2 RNs 7a-7p - Mid Shift: 1 RN 11a-11p - Night Shift: 2 RNs 7p-7a **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Independent and autonomous - Critical thinker, adaptable - Strong clinical and relational attributes **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue Scrubs **Schedule:** - **Weekends**: Required every other weekend - No on-call requirement **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
