Shifts: 4x12-Hour (Nights: 19:00 - 07:00; Mid: 15:00 - 03:00)
Schedule: Alternating 2 weeks of evenings followed by 2 weeks of nights (E/N)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care for our facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult patients in the ER. You will be responsible for managing critical patient situations and working as part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias.
• Administer IV therapy, including medication and blood product management.
• Provide emergency care for a variety of acute conditions, including trauma and medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York state RN license (not Compact)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• 2 years of relevant experience in an ER setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory
