Job Description

• Join a dynamic team as an experienced ER RN on the night shift!
• Utilize your nursing process expertise to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in providing exceptional patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments utilizing approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care.
• Document patient care accurately in accordance with established standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Develop, initiate, and execute personalized patient plans of care as prescribed by the Physician, including patient and family education.
• Engage in performance improvement activities within the department or unit and contribute to shared governance.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other departments in support of patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking to elevate patient safety and experience, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Participate in the professional nursing continuum process, including unit practice activities and peer reviews.
• Be prepared for holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active WI RN Licensure is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS.
• Minimum of less than 1 year of experience in ER nursing.
