**Emergency Room RN - Join Our Dynamic Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801 - **Schedule:** Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend required - **Unit Details:** - 101 beds in the Emergency Department - Patient ratios of 4:1 typically; up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - Supportive staffing including techs, triage, and unit clerks - Utilize advanced equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors - Documentation through Cerner - **Essential Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - At least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting - Experience in a Level II trauma center or comprehensive stroke center - High-volume ED experience (>100,000 visits) - Strong teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS before start - BLS before start - PALS before start - TNCC before hire - NIHSS before start - ENPC before start - **Dress Code:** Navy scrubs required - **Unit Culture:** - Known for teamwork and welcoming personalities - Enthusiastic about serving a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken in the area - Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and equipment - **Additional Information:** - Meet a vibrant, rapidly growing healthcare environment committed to excellence - Contribute to a hospital recognized as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals - Engage with a team dedicated to positive patient experiences using AIDET principles Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
