Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Guilford, CT! We are seeking dedicated RNs for our Emergency Department (ER) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar hospital setting preferred; 2 years of experience is ideal.
• Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, BLS.
• Open to accommodating block schedules.
• Pending licenses accepted.

This position involves working night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. You will be assigned to one campus, with the possibility of rotating to other campuses as needed. Travelers will not be assigned to trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or locked behavioral health units. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. We guarantee hours for our RNs, ensuring stability and support throughout your contract.
