Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or active multistate RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
• Current ACLS certification
• TNCC or equivalent trauma nursing education
• PALS or ENPC certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, rapidly changing emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients of all ages
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Respond effectively to urgent and emergent patient needs in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a high-pressure emergency nursing environment
