Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency department
• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan preferred
• Ability to adapt to rotating day, evening, and night schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment and safe patient flow
• Deliver compassionate, efficient care in both the main ER and fast-track areas
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality patient outcomes
• Respond to changing patient needs with professionalism, flexibility, and strong teamwork
