Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Bloomington, IN. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for providing exceptional care in the Emergency Department (ER). This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while making a difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of ER experience (required for first-time travelers).
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Availability to float to nearby sister facilities as needed (rarely).

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours in one workweek for 8 and 10 hr. shifts, 36 hours for 3, 12 hr. shifts, and 48 hours for 4, 12 hr. shifts.
