Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department, ER nursing, or ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical care and acute care nursing skills with comfort caring for unstable patients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency setting
• Excellent adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with mixed-acuity needs in the Emergency Department
• Monitor and stabilize behavioral health, boarding, trauma, and critically ill patients
• Perform thorough assessments, initiate interventions, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail
• Adapt to a changing patient census and prioritize care based on acuity and clinical need
