Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Dept position caring for boarding and mixed-acuity patients in a large, high-volume unit requiring strong critical care skills.

Details

• Emergency Department role at a large, high-acuity 118-bed unit
• Caring for boarding patients as well as behavioral health, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level cases
• Typical patient ratio of 1:6
• Schedule includes 3x12 or 4x12 shift options
• AM shift 19:00-07:30, 36 hrs/week
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Med/Surg-Tele or ER experience required
• Must demonstrate strong critical care skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing complex, unstable, and diverse patient populations
