Vivian Job Description – ER RN

• Shift: 12H Mids, EOW, First to Float
• Guaranteed: 48 hrs/week | Contract: 42 weeks
• Trauma: Level III | Charting: Meditech
• Experience: 2+ years ER; first-time travelers considered
• Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Required Skills: Pediatric ER, STEMI/cardiac, stroke, trauma, vents, CPAP/BiPAP, EKGs, common ER drips/pressors/sedation; must read/interpret rhythms
• Testing: Advanced Dysrhythmia test ≥83%; 3 attempts
• Ratios: 1:3–4
• Patient Volume: ~70/day; 18 beds + 6 fast track
• Schedule: 12H shifts; EOW; no call; travelers first to float
• Orientation: 1–3 shifts based on experience
• Epic Experience:Required for upcoming Epic conversion
• Start Dates: 10/19–10/28 only
• Important: No direct CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity employment within past year; may be asked to precept
• Scrubs: Navy
