WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care in a Level I Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Cross-train and float to other campuses and ED observation as required.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6 during both day and night shifts.
• Work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including patient safety and infection control measures.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar hospital setting, with at least 1.5 years in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
