= Hiring: Emergency Room Nurse =

= Position Details:

• Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Available Schedules: 3x12 or 4x12

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week or 48 hours/week

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience, post-orientation

• Position Urgency: Normal

• State License: Must be currently active

• Local Restriction: Must be outside a 90-mile radius from the facility

< Unit Details:

• Large, high-acuity emergency care unit

• 118 beds

• Expected ratio: typically 1:6

• Mixed-acuity patient population, including:

  • Behavioral health

  • Boarding patients

  • Emergency/trauma

  • Critically ill/ICU-level patients

• Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients

= Certifications Required:

• BLS/BCLS

• ACLS

= Additional Requirements:

• Strong critical care skills

• Adaptability

• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Travel Pay (48 Hours):
Weekly Amount = $4,102
Weekly Taxable Amount = $2,688
Weekly Non-Taxable Amount = $1,414
Overtime Rate = $113.46/hr

Travel Pay (36 Hours):
Weekly Amount = $3,106
Weekly Taxable Amount = $1,692
Weekly Non-Taxable Amount = $1,414
Overtime Rate = $109.78/hr
