Overview
We are seeking personable, motivated individuals to join our virtual team as Travel Experience Advisors. In this role, you will help clients explore vacation possibilities and provide personalized support as they choose and organize experiences that match their interests.
Client requests may include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, romantic escapes, family vacations, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international destinations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, discovering new places, and delivering attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand what they want from their vacation
- Learn about preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and budget expectations
- Research vacation experiences and identify suitable choices
- Review accommodations, resorts, cruises, activities, excursions, tours, and transportation
- Present personalized options and explain relevant features and inclusions
- Help clients choose experiences that align with their priorities
- Coordinate requested arrangements using approved supplier resources
- Provide confirmation details and keep important vacation information organized
- Monitor reservation requirements and upcoming payment dates
- Stay in contact with clients throughout the planning and preparation stages
- Review arrangements carefully to ensure information is accurate
- Assist with routine questions, requests, and reservation updates
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Continue learning about new destinations, experiences, and supplier offerings
