    Overview Role

    We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, organizing details, and creating positive experiences for others. As a Travel Experience Consultant, you will assist clients with transforming their vacation ideas into thoughtfully coordinated plans.

    You will work with travelers at different stages of the planning process, helping them explore possibilities, understand available choices, and organize the services that fit their preferences. Requests may include resort escapes, cruises, family vacations, romantic trips, group getaways, tours, celebrations, and international experiences.

    Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, and continued professional education are provided to help you learn the role.

    What You Will Do

    • Learn about each client's vacation interests, preferred dates, priorities, and budget
    • Research destinations and experiences based on individual requests
    • Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
    • Develop personalized options that reflect each traveler's needs
    • Provide clear information about accommodations, package features, promotions, and booking requirements
    • Assist clients with organizing their preferred vacation components
    • Coordinate reservation details using approved supplier platforms and resources
    • Review traveler information, dates, and selected services for accuracy
    • Organize confirmations, itinerary information, and other important trip details
    • Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on outstanding planning needs
    • Respond to client questions and assist with routine reservation updates
    • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
    • Maintain accurate electronic records of client requests, communications, and arrangements
    • Keep current with destination information, supplier programs, and available vacation opportunities
    • Provide attentive service throughout the planning and preparation process

    Qualifications

    • Enjoy helping people and providing personalized assistance
    • Communicate clearly and professionally
    • Have strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Pay close attention to details and accuracy
    • Are comfortable researching and comparing information online
    • Can manage several responsibilities effectively
    • Work well independently in a remote environment
    • Have basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
    • Are comfortable learning new digital tools and reservation resources
    • Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and consistent follow-through
    • Are willing to participate in training and continued education
    • Are at least 18 years of age
    • Reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
