Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning by understanding their travel preferences, schedules, and priorities
Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation experiences
Present personalized travel recommendations based on each client's interests and budget
Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements using approved booking systems
Provide booking confirmations, travel documentation, and pre-departure information
Help clients with itinerary updates, scheduling changes, and special travel requests
Review reservation details to help ensure bookings are accurate and complete
Monitor upcoming travel plans and assist clients with final trip preparations
Maintain organized client records, travel notes, and booking documentation within company platforms
Utilize preferred supplier resources and internal tools to support client needs
Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development programs
