Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort caring for adult medical-surgical patients
• Ability to work 12-hour day and/or night rotating shifts based on unit needs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy acute-care or hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care to Med/Surg telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a fast-moving clinical setting
