Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule
Overtime: Not billable until after 48 hours
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of employment or compact RN license
BLS certification through AHA – Required
1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
BSN preferred
Orientation & Competency
Experienced RNs must complete New Nurse Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
New hires will be precepted by designated trained staff.
Organizational entry competency validation is required.
Med-Surg-specific competency validation is required.
Annual competency requirements must be completed.
Newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency or specialized orientation program.
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to float.
No call required.
Epic EMR.
