Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced GI Lab RN with a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience and required ACLS certification.

Details

• Work in a GI Lab performing a variety of GI and pulmonary interventional procedures
• Procedures include colonoscopies, EGD, bronchoscopies, feeding tube placement, ERCP, EBUS, GI bleeds, flex sig, foreign body retrieval, navigation bronch, variceal banding, Bravo manometry, and capsule endoscopy
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 0630-1700 with 4x10-hour shifts per week
• On-call responsibilities required during the week and weekend

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent GI/Endoscopy specialty experience required

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
• RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
