Travel High-Acuity Float Pool RN – Washington High-Acuity Float Pool ICU experience: 2+ years required High-acuity experience preferred EPIC experience required Prior floating experience required — float pool, other facilities, or multiple units WA or Compact RN license BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required 1:1–2 patient ratios, based on acuity; may be 1:3 for lower-acuity/transfer-ready patients Float across ICU, Observation, Med/Surg, General/Ortho Surgery, Short Stay, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry & Progressive Care Drip titration: Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam & CIS Vent, High Flow, BiPAP & CPAP experience Phillips telemetry; RN must read strips Self-scheduling available 3 weekend shifts per schedule Holidays required No call/standby Royal Blue scrubs General Hospital Orientation + unit-specific training, including 2 ICU orientation shifts Weekly Monday orientations Clinical profile review followed by manager interview Interested?
