Compensation:
Competitive Travel RN Pay Package
Hourly Pay: Up to $75.00/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,700/week (Including Stipend)
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: Up to $1,246/week (For eligible travelers)
Overtime Rate: $85.00/hour (After 40 hours worked)
Pay Breakdown
Taxable W-2 Rate: $40.389/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend: $34.611/hour
Blended Rate: $75.00/hour

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Active BLS/BCLS Certification
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and care coordination abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Certifications
BLS/BCLS (Required)
The facility may also accept additional certifications, if applicable to the assignment, including:
ACLS
PALS
NRP
CPI
ENPC
TNCC
NFATC
AWHONN
STABLE
ASLS
All required licenses and certifications must remain active throughout the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
Previous Travel Nursing experience
Home Health experience
Hospice experience
Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Strong case management and care coordination skills
Experience providing patient education and family support
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive Home Health and Hospice services, including:
Patient admissions
Comprehensive nursing assessments
Development and implementation of individualized care plans
Ongoing patient monitoring
Medication management
Patient and family education
Coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Home visits for patients of all ages
Hospice and end-of-life care support
Documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
