GHR Healthcare - Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania.

Coverage Areas: Luzerne County -
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8am - 430 pm M-F
On Call/Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend - 1 night of on call per week
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? yes
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible): RN case manager for a specific territory - performing skilled routine visits, recerts, discharges and start of cares/resumption of cares. Each case manager is assigned their own territory but cover each other on days off. 100% patient care
Must have qualifications/experience: RN license
What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? HCHB experience, Recent Home Health experience.
