Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. This position offers opportunities for new graduates, with or without prior home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Perform various occupational therapy procedures, including OASIS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Travel to multiple locations within the assigned territory.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California Occupational Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Annual TB Screening
• MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu Vaccine (annual)
• Drug Screening and Physical Exam
