- Occupational Therapist License for CT or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Occupational Therapist Home Health work setting
- Minimum 1 Year of experience
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS
- Equipment/Procedures: Home Care, Supervise COTAs
- Experience: 1 year
