Job Description:

Provide physical therapy assistance in a Home Health setting across the greater Sacramento county area. Responsible for treating a variety of diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Aimed at seeing 5-6 patients per day.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients in a Home Health setting.
• Manage a daily caseload of 5-6 patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using the Cerner charting system.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid license to submit.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
