**Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist in Napa, CA!** Join our dynamic team and make a real impact on patients' lives as a Physical Therapist in the beautiful Napa area! **Job Description:** - **Assigned Territory:** - Area #6: Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon - Area #7: Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville - **Travel Requirements:** - Additional travel outside of assigned areas may be necessary - Weekend coverage may be required - **Productivity Expectations:** - Guarantee: Achieve at least 27 points per week with a 36-hour guarantee - Complete 30 points within the week - Willingness to travel outside the area or work weekends for visit expectations - Note: Guarantee does not apply for the 1st and last week of assignment, holidays, or requested time off - **Non-Guarantee Option:** - Full caseload may require occasional travel outside service area - Option to refuse patients - No guaranteed hours - Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients - **Payment Structure:** - Payment is made on a per-visit basis **Visit Types and Points Calculation:** - OASIS ReCertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, Eval SoC, Eval RoC, Eval ReCert, Eval F/up, Re-Eval, Eval Discharge, Oasis Discharge, Oasis F/up = 1 point = 1.33 hours - OASIS SoC = 1.5 points = 2 hours **Credential Requirements:** - Current CA PT License - BLS Certification - Valid Driver's License - Auto Insurance - Auto Registration - Annual TB Test - MMR, Varicella, HepB Immunization - TDap (10 years) - Annual Flu Vaccine - Drug Screen - Physical Examination **Important Notes:** - Your Agency's contract must mirror the confirmation page without exceptions. - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission. - Any time off requested after acceptance will not be approved. **Shift Information:** - Day shifts available - Holiday coverage may be required **Minimum Experience:** - 1 year in the field **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
