Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
- Ability to travel within the local service area and provide care in patients' homes as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience.
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings.
- Experience with wound care, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
