Ready to make a real impact with patients in their homes while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule? We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 15-week travel contract serving patients throughout Southeastern Ohio.

? $60/hour
? Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
? 40 Hours Guaranteed
? Mileage Reimbursement Between Visits
? No Call & No Weekends
? Start Date: 8/17/2026

What You'll Do

• Complete patient evaluations and reassessments
• Perform OASIS documentation
• Conduct Start of Care (SOC), ROC, Recertification, and Discharge visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide PTA supervision
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a home health setting

Requirements

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist License
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Vehicle & Current Auto Insurance
• Home Health experience required
• HCHB/PointCare experience preferred

Coverage Area

Primarily serving Gallia and Jackson Counties, with occasional visits in surrounding areas.
