Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel contract with Providence Home Health at Compassus in Salem, Oregon.
This position offers the autonomy and one-on-one patient care of Home Health while working primarily with a geriatric population throughout the Salem service area.
Salem puts you in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley, surrounded by wineries, hiking and beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery. Portland is roughly an hour north, while the Oregon Coast, Silver Falls State Park and the Cascade Mountains are all within easy reach for days off.

**Home Health PT opportunity with Providence Home Health at Compassus in Salem, OR.** This position works primarily with a geriatric population and averages approximately 5–7 patients per day, which should be confirmed during the interview. The territory may extend up to a 60-mile radius from the home office, so flexibility with coverage is important. They require at least **2 years of recent experience along with Home Health, OASIS and HCHB experience**. BLS is required, and your Oregon PT license must already be in hand at the time of submission. Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate, and mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate. Salem is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, about an hour from Portland, with easy access to Silver Falls, wineries, the Cascades and the Oregon Coast.
