Job Description

Care Career is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in New Lenox, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: Physical Therapist
  • Discipline: Therapy
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

Required Certifications

  • BLS — required and must be active at submission
  • Illinois PT license — required and must be active
  • COVID vaccination — required; declinations will not be approved

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year Home Health PT experience — REQUIRED
  • OASIS and Start of Care (SOC) experience — strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable providing care from pediatric through geriatric populations.
